Our Farmer to Cup approach involves being directly involved in every aspect of the coffee-growing process, from supporting farmers in acquiring necessary equipment to forming cooperatives for their employees to sell the coffee. This way, we ensure fair treatment of farmers, preservation of the environment, and specialization in sub-varieties of coffee, all while maintaining a personal connection with the producers.
